    Join ESAPCO, an industry leader since 1979, as our next IT Manager! We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to own our IT systems, lead a talented team, and drive automation and efficiency across our manufacturing operations.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead IT strategy and software architecture

    + Manage and improve ERP/MRP systems (Epicor & SQL preferred)

    + Oversee networks, servers, hardware, and infrastructure

    + Supervise a skilled IT team across two locations

    + Collaborate across departments to deliver smart IT solutions

    What You Bring:

    + 5+ years managing IT systems and staff, ideally in manufacturing

    + Experience automating business processes

    + Strong ERP and network/server skills

    + Associate’s degree or higher in related field
