    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

    + Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

    + Ensure food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

    + Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation

    + Monitor food stock and report any shortages or spoilage

    + Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

    + Assist with prep work, portioning, and storage

    + Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment

    Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and health and safety rules

    + Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

    + Strong attention to detail and consistency

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    + Culinary training is a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to stand for extended periods

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    + Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced environment
