    Are you a skilled Welder looking to take your career to the next level? PDS Tech is hiring **motivated welders** to join our client’s team. If you’re ready to put your craftsmanship to work on precision aluminum welding projects, we want to hear from you!

     

    + **Pay Rate:** $24.00/hr.

    + **Shift:** Monday–Friday | 2:30pm-11:00pm | Overtime Possible Saturdays

    What You’ll Do

    + Weld **steel and aluminum components** to assemble structural forms.

    + Perform **layout, alignment, fitting, and welding** with precision.

    + **Read and interpret blueprints** to ensure accuracy and quality.

    + Maintain **close tolerances** , paying attention to alignment, dimensions, and finishing details.

    + Operate with a **safety-first mindset** in a fast-paced environment.

    What Will Help You Thrive / Must Haves

    + Strong knowledge of **MIG welding techniques** .

    + Ability to **read a tape measure** accurately.

    + Comfortable with frequent **moving, twisting, bending, and crouching** .

    + Dependable and **committed to excellent attendance** .

    + **Mechanical aptitude** with a sharp eye for detail.

    + **Blueprint reading** and ability to weld to engineering standards.

    + Experience with a **handheld plasma cutter** is a plus!

    Additional Requirements

    + **High School Diploma or GED** required.

    + Vocational or technical welding training strongly preferred.

    + Must pass a **weld test and quality assessment** during the interview process.

    + **Background check required** (no exceptions).

    + **Drug Screen required** .

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
