    Purpose:

    Hands-On approach for the successful transition of new products to the Chandler Manufacturing facility from design through full-scale production using DFM and DFA principles to develop robust manufacturing processes. The individual will work closely with CM's, design engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturing readiness.

    Responsibilities:

    Support Manufacturing readiness of new product activities, coordinate DFM/DFA reviews, develop and validate manufacturing processes for all assembly operations, work closely with ME on process flow, assembly documentation, special tooling, materials. Work closely with engineering and documentation center for release and updates in the PLM system.

    Requirements:

    + Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical projects

    + Experience with DFM/DFA, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles

    Skills:

    + Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

    Education

    + Bachelor Degree or Related Experience

    Experience:

    + 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in NPI roles.
