    Radiology Product & Pipeline Implementation Lead

    The Radiology Product & Pipeline Implementation Lead provides both strategic and operational support to the Head of Product & Pipeline, while leading transformational initiatives across the Product & Pipeline Squad. The Radiology Product Implementation Lead will act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Product & Pipeline, managing high-priority projects, overseeing communication, and guiding the execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives. This individual will ensure implementation of the Product & Pipeline Dynamic Shared Ownership operating model through outcomes that enable alignment, planning, and flawless execution across teams.

    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The primary role of the Radiology Product & Pipeline Implementation Lead is to maintain Bayer leadership in Radiology by:

    + **Strategic Leadership & Vision Execution:**

    + Collaborate closely with the Head of Product & Pipeline to define and execute overarching strategic initiatives that align with business outcomes and enhance squad performance against key objectives.

    + Lead and oversee high-impact strategic projects, maintaining rigorous tracking of progress, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring timely and effective execution.

    + Drive long-term strategic planning and prioritization of initiatives across Product & Pipeline squads, aligning resources and capabilities with market demands.

    + **Change Management & Organizational Leadership:**

    + Champion the Dynamic Shared Ownership operating model by designing and implementing strategic programs that optimize Product & Pipeline processes, resourcing, and operational capabilities.

    + Act as a cultural and operational change leader, ensuring that the Product & Pipeline vision and outcomes are clearly communicated and embraced across all organizational levels.

    + Facilitate high-level meetings and workshops as part of the P&P Leadership team, steering strategic agendas and focusing on critical issues that impact the Product & Pipeline squad.

    + **Cross-Functional Strategy & Communication:**

    + Forge strong collaborations across Customer Engagement, Medical Affairs, and platform teams to ensure cohesive execution of Product & Pipeline initiatives.

    + Enhance communication and alignment within Product & Pipeline and between leadership and other critical areas of Radiology and Bayer Pharma.

    + Direct the development and coordination of briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and clarity of vision.

    WHO YOU ARE

    Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree;

    + **Experience:**

    + Extensive experience in management consulting or a related field, with a strong focus on project management, strategy development, and change management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.

    + Proven track record of successfully leading high-impact programs, managing cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives at a senior level.

    + Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing data-driven go-to-market strategies for Pharmaceutical/Medical Device portfolios is essential.

    + **Skills:**

    + Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information, market data, and financial analytics to develop robust business cases and formulate strategic action plans.

    + Proven capability to influence without direct authority, foster collaboration, and lead highly matrixed teams to achieve strategic business priorities.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to strategy development and execution.

    + Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft executive-level presentations and reports that align with strategic objectives.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + MBA or other advanced degree, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Marketing, Product Management, Brand Management, or Management Consulting within the Pharma/Med Device/Healthcare sectors.

    + Experience in launching new Pharmaceutical/Medical Devices.

     

    Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $169,633.60 - $254,450.40. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.

     

    This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
