Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Project Engineer:
+ To accurately assist the Project Manager and Project Superintendent in all facets of project recordkeeping, reporting and documentation
Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
+ Key result area #1 - Project Start-upThis key result area will have been satisfied when:1) All project submittals have been forwarded completely and accurately.2) Project filing system has been set up and maintained in an organized and efficient manner.3) Owner, Architect, Engineer, and trade partner files have been set up and accuratelymaintained.4) The project superintendent has been accurately assisted in setting up the site power,sanitation, and housekeeping plans.5) Project field procurement log is maintained accurately and timely.
+ Key result area #2 - ResearchThis key result area will have been satisfied when:1) All requested project research has been completed in an accurate and timely manner.2) All project product designs follow Bower and contract specification requirements.
+ Key result area #3 - DocumentationThis key result area will have been satisfied when:1) Project manager has been assisted accurately and timely with Exhibit A's defining projectscope.2) Requests for Information have been written and submitted accurately and timely andrecorded in the RFI Log.3) If required, all project Letters of Intent have been issued accurately.4) Project superintendent has been assisted accurately in tracking daily reports, labor reports,time sheets, Bower/ trade partner attendance logs, meeting minutes and daily sitephotographs.
+ Key result area #4 - SafetyThis key result area will have been satisfied when:1) Project superintendent has been assisted in creating accurate Activity Hazard Analysis toassure safe work practices.2) Project superintendent has been assisted in accurately completing all daily and weeklysafety logs.3) All project housekeeping records, and reporting has been completed accurately and in atimely manner.4) Project superintendent has been assisted in accurately tracking and reporting job site nearmisses, accidents, and incident reports.5) Project SDS field binder has been accurately set up and updated as required.6) Identifying all safety concerns and reporting them to the superintendent or competentBower staff member on site. Project Engineer becomes the competent person to address ifsuperintendent or foreman is off site
+ Key result area #5 - Budget/BillingThis key result area will have been satisfied when:1) All required AIA billing has been submitted accurately and timely.2) Field purchase order log has been set up and accurately maintained.3) Owner and trade change order logs have been set up and accurately maintained.
+ Key result area #6 - SchedulingThis key result area will have been satisfied when:1) The Project Manager has been assisted in updating and distributing the master schedule.2) The Project Superintendent has been assisted in updating and distributing the 3-week rollingschedule.3) The Project Superintendent has been assisted in coordinating and scheduling buildinginspections.
+ Key result area # 7- Project Close OutThis key result area will have been satisfied when:1) The Project Manager has been assisted accurately in completing all required project close out documentation including attic stock, as Builts, warranty information and owner manuals.
+ OSHA 10 preferred
+ Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Project Engineer/Superintendent
