    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment to ensure optimal performance

    + Monitor material flow and adjust settings to meet production targets

    + Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant machinery

    + Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards

    + Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency

    + Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively

    + Strong awareness of safety protocols and environmental regulations

    + Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

    + Effective communication and problem-solving skills

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
