• Global Innovation Marketing Manager

    Duration: 9 months contract

    Job Description:

    + Co-develop the strategic direction and global innovation pipeline for the business in collaboration with Innovation team. Develop and deploy all aspects of product innovation in a highly cross-functional environment

    + Own ideation and concept phase by translating consumer insights and trends into strong product ideas in close collaboration with market research

    + Lead execution of innovation projects in close collaboration with R&D, packaging engineering, finance, supply chain, designers and agencies among other business partners to develop new products, claims, and comms from project definition, briefing, and development to execution.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead the content development for New Product launches working closely with a cross agency team including social assets, influencer content, ecommerce content and shopper.

    + Skin care exp- beauty

    + Developing business for skin care company

    + Innovation exp

    + content develop- digital content creation- assets, like TikTok etc. Worked on influencers,

    + worked with different agency partner, worked with cross functional partners like R&D, Packaging, etc.

    + It’s a global marketing role in the marketing organization
