    We have an excellent opportunity for a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls professional to join our AIM-9X program Finance team supporting the program’s sustainment contracts. The AIM-9X programs falls within the Naval Power Mission Area and has annual revenue of over $500M of domestic and international business with exciting opportunities for future growth.

    What You Will Do

    + You will be responsible to partner with the production program team to contribute to the successful execution of contracts by providing critical financial oversight and guidance that includes quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) support, contract financial forecasts and manpower forecasts

    + Prepare program financial forecasts, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans and forecasts.

    + CDRL preparation.

    + Monitoring the funding, invoicing, and cash collection for the contract.

    + Contract modification processing and maintenance of modification log.

    Qualifications You Must Have

    + Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math or Business or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

    + Experience with desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of the MS Office suite.

    + Experience with finance tools.

    + Experience comparing actuals vs budget and explaining variances.

    Qualifications We Prefer

    + Experience with Earned Value, Estimates at Completion (EACs), Program costs & schedule tracking, proposals, and sales & rate forecasting.

    + Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills,.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information concisely to a cross functional team.

    + Independent, self-motived, and highly organized.

    + Innovative, strategic thinker.

    + Demonstrated experience with tools such as Business Warehouse, PRISM, and Operations/Material dashboard. Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    + Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop applied solutions and process improvements

    + Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

     

    The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
