Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the successful commercialization of new products and item changes. This position ensures that all item setup activities are executed accurately and on time, enabling smooth product launches and updates across systems and teams. In addition to coordinating item setup tasks, this role is responsible for managing low-risk projects that support business operations, cost out improvements, and display pallet initiatives This role will also support and manage item discontinuation process working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing details, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills and a passion for process improvement and data accuracy. A key success factor in this role is knowing when to escalate issues or ask for help, ensuring that challenges are addressed proactively and collaboratively Work Location: Hybrid role in Lakeville, MN. #LI-hybrid Responsibilities and Accountabilities Coordinate end-to-end item setup processes for new product launches, packaging changes, and item updates. Maintain and update item setup trackers, timelines, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability. Manage workflow approvals and routing processes to ensure timely setup and maintenance of item data Monitor progress of item setup tasks and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues. Ensure item data accuracy and completeness in internal systems (e.g., ERP, PLM). Lead item discontinuation efforts by coordinating timelines, communicating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring accurate system updates. Manage low-risk, low complexity projects. Support project managers in planning, tracking and executing initiatives across multiple teams Track and report progress against milestones, ensuring timely delivery and alignment Facilitate meetings and communications to keep stakeholders informed of project status and changes. Coordinate new product setups, attribute changes, and data enrichment requests Partner with cross-functional teams to validate data enrichment requests Ensure prompt escalation of challenges/issues that will impact the business and initiative delivery and proactively apply issue resolution Qualifications Requirements Ability to organize effectively, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Understanding of product commercialization processes and tools. Experience with project management principles, best practices, and disciplines. Knowledge of workflow automation or process mapping tools Highly motivated in uncovering and documenting process improvements and filing in knowledge gaps. Self-starter & motivated - Must have strong drive to exceed expectations Strong time management, planning and organizational skills. Demonstrates a positive mindset through change 2+ years of experience in project coordinator or a similar role Education BS or BA degree in Business or Technical field preferred The pay range for this position is $47,077 - $64,024 per year.
