    • **Shift:** 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    • **Schedule:** Full-Time | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call

    • **Status:** Non-Exempt

    Role Overview

     

    As a **Clinical Laboratory Scientist II** , you’ll perform advanced diagnostic testing and quality control while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellence in patient care. You’ll also help train and support laboratory staff, playing a key role in maintaining the highest standards in lab operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform diagnostic testing and quality controls

    + Prepare reagents and report results per established procedures

    + Conduct moderate to high complexity testing using laboratory systems

    + Maintain equipment, supplies, and computer applications

    + Assist with training, orientation, and competency evaluations for testing personnel

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • **Certification & Licensure**

    + **Required:** Clinical Laboratory Technologist – State of Florida License

    • **Education**

    + **Required:** Associate’s in Medical Technology or related field

    + **Preferred:** Bachelor’s in a related field

    • **Experience**

    + **Required:** 2 Years of Clinical Laboratory experience
