Retail Tire Sales Associate

Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team with a strong reputation for quality and service. McCarthy Tire is seeking a dedicated Retail Tire Sales Associate for our Manassas, VA location. This position is ideal for someone with a background in automotive service, sales, or customer service who is looking to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Sell tires and related automotive services to customers.

+ Guide customers in selecting appropriate tire options and explain differences between brands.

+ Complete customer invoices accurately and efficiently.

+ Schedule vehicle service appointments and assign work orders to technicians.

+ Maintain showroom cleanliness and organization.

+ Communicate service needs to customers clearly, both in person and by phone.

+ Process weekly payroll for technicians and calculate commissions.

+ Assist with inventory management and product tracking.

+ Provide local shuttle service for customers after vehicle drop-off.

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Automotive service knowledge and/or experience preferred.

+ Customer service experience required.

+ Sales experience preferred.

+ Basic computer skills are essential.

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States.
