    Essential Duties and Tasks:

    + Verification and tracking of all material received, shipped and moved

    + Receive materials and store in the warehouse

    + Deliver materials/supplies to production areas

    + Verify all inbound/outbound shipments and bill of ladings

    + Perform physical inventory count, reconcile stock count to records, compute figures from records to obtain current inventory levels

    + Verify computations against physical count of stock and adjust errors where needed

    + Investigate and report reasons for discrepancies

    + Prepares various inventory reports

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications, Education and Experience:

    + Must have a valid driver's license

    + Prior forklift experience required

    + Two - four years solid working knowledge of warehouse processes and manufacturing required

    + Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays

    + Bilingual in Spanish a plus

    + Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

    + Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence

    + Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations

    + Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

    + Lifts 2-8 lbs. continuously and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
