Dell Children’s Foundation, the non-profit foundation supporting philanthropic efforts for Dell Children’s and Dell Children’s North, is hiring an Annual Giving Associate Director to help fulfill our Mission, Vision, and Values within Dell Children’s Medical Center. Our values are foundational to our work to transform healthcare and express our priorities to the community when providing care and services, particularly to those most in need. The Annual Giving Associate Director will be an integral part of the Dell Children’s Foundation team responsible for supporting Dell Children's Children’s Miracle Network. (CMN) program, Giving Societies, Art of Giving, and other Annual Giving activations throughout the year.

This role will help to maximize annual CMN revenue through growing national and local corporate partnerships, as well as CMN program and event fundraising. This role will support Giving Societies through Raiser’s Edge tracking, creation of print materials, signage, presentations, and other materials, enabling the group leads to focus on dollars and donor cultivation. This is a full-time hospital-based position reporting to the Senior Director of Annual Giving and working closely with the Director of Development for Children’s Miracle Network.

Responsibilities

Participate in fundraising campaigns, grant administration, major gift and/or charitable

development programs.

+ Assist with fundraising campaigns including budgets and timelines. Coordinate the creative process, file selection, production and mailing, and the acknowledgement process.

+ Support strategy to train staff on marketing campaigns, soliciting donors, and defining levels of giving and benefits. Create printed materials and update databases and websites with campaign program information.

+ Implement donor relations/recognition activities. Develop donor confidence and relationships through effective gift solicitation, processing and acknowledgement.

+ Support the development and implementation of tracking strategies for solicitation efforts and perform analysis of data for results.

Requirements

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

+ Bachelors degree required.

+ 1+ year of development experience preferred.

+ Pediatric healthcare experience preferred.

+ CMN/Dance Marathon specific experience preferred.

+ Skilled in Raiser’s Edge, Google Platform (G Suite), Canva, and Adobe Suite design skills preferred.
