As a National Accounts Inside Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving national relationships by preparing competitive quotes and bills of material, collaborating with vendors and account managers, and supporting projects from budget through completion.

    Reports to: National Accounts Manager

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or industry experience a plus

    + Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

    + Excellent communication skills for both internal and external coordination

    + Self-motivated and able to stay on task with minimal supervision

    + Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

    + Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to customer needs

    Essential Job Functions:

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Quoting (primary): Prepare accurate, timely quotes and bills of material for national accounts, coordinating with vendors and account managers.

    + Order fulfillment: Enter, track, and manage orders to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.

    + Project tracking: Monitor large projects from start to finish, coordinating submittals, schedules, and materials.

    + Customer support: Serve as a point of contact for national customers, resolving issues quickly and maintaining strong relationships.

    + Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives, manufacturers, and other CED team members to deliver consistent, reliable service.

    Compensation Range:

    The compensation range for this position is $55000 to $75000 annually.
