Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in industrial production, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting manufacturing and production teams. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Supervisor

**Pay Range:** $55,000 to 64,000

Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

+ Implement manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

+ Manage supply chain processes, including inventory control and material flow.

+ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production effectiveness.

+ Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize production workflows.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives successfully.
