• Quality Technician

    Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team. As a Quality Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Quality Technician

    **Pay Range:** $24-$33

    **Shift:** 2nd shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform laboratory tests on powder metal components and materials using lab equipment

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab tools and equipment

    + Follow established procedures for preparing, conducting, and recording tests

    + Mount and secure samples for testing, monitor performance, and document data accurately

    + Identify and report deviations in test results and evaluate failed/fractured samples

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in quality or engineering preferred

    + Minimum of one year of quality lab inspection experience in manufacturing

    + Experience with powder metal manufacturing is a plus

    + Ability to work independently, organize priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    + Willingness to learn and follow standard work instructions
