**Job Title:** Administrative Warehouse Support (Administrative Assistant II)

**Location:** Cheektowaga, NY

**Pay Rate:** $18.00/hour

**Shift:** 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Monday - Friday

Overview:

Our client is seeking a Administrative Warehouse Support professional to join their team. This role supports the team and involves a mix of administrative and light warehouse-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings.

Responsibilities:

+ Prepare reports and presentations using various software tools

+ Compile data from multiple sources for audits and project tracking

+ Assist with small-scale projects while maintaining confidentiality

+ Perform general administrative duties in both office and warehouse environments

+ Support audit processes to ensure compliance and accuracy

Qualifications:

+ Some warehouse experience (clerical or operational) to understand terminology

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database tools

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
