    Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for a Motivated, Team Building, Positive Individual to fill a Full Time Opening for an

     

    Outlet Supervisor at our Flint Warehouse location

     

    $14 an hour Monday - Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm (hours may differ)

    _________________________________________________________________________________________ Essential duties and responsibilities:

    + Open/Close Store

    + Ensure the building is Secure

    + Assist with procedures related to cash registers and cash handling

    + Deliver Excellent Customer Service

    + Maintain safe and secure work environment

    + Ability to appropriately handle customer concerns and or complaints

    + Stock and return merchandise

    + Ensure all merchandise is displayed appropriately

    + Maintain overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed

    + Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of store

    + Adhere to and enforce all Goodwill policies and procedures

     

    _________________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications

     

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Minimum of two years’ retail experience (or related type work).

    + Ability to use the cash register and follow Goodwill Industries policies and procedures.

    + Ability to work full time; all shifts Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm and extra shifts as necessary.

    + Ability to lift 15-35 pounds.

    + Ability to hang merchandise; lifting up to six feet.

    + Must have reliable transportation.

    + Must have telephone access.

    + Ability to bend and stoop
