The Broker Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for managing all available resources to help achieve sales growth, improve results and operational goals within the assigned market while also helping to coordinate on a national level. You will maintain and support all external field sales resources within the market (individual Agents, Agencies, and Partners). In this role, you will also develop external market engagement and sales strategy in coordination with the Director, local markets, tele-sales executives and account executives, including all sales support. You will also work closely with other BRM’s to support national and regional Partners to ensure there is a consistent Agent experience in all markets.

Required Qualifications
+ Ability to have almost daily face to face interactions with field sales resources
+ Active Health Insurance license within the stated region or ability to obtain prior to receiving an offer if applicable
+ Prior experience using CRM tools, Sales/Marketing Resources, Microsoft Office with proficiency in TEAMS, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Valid state **driver’s license** and **proof of personal vehicle liability insurance** meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher, based on state requirements).
+ **Must reside or be willing to relocate to the assigned region (Colorado)**
Preferred Qualifications
+ 2+ years of sales experience in the Medicare industry
+ Prior experience with public speaking and presentations
+ Prior background as an insurance broker or independent agent
+ Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and Spanish without limitations or assistance
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree
+ Prior Sales leadership experience leading and training a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools and building relationships with communities and medical providers
Additional Information
This role is considered "remote/work at home", however, you must live within the region (Colorado) to be considered for this opportunity and be willing to travel up to 50% within the assigned region, territory or local market.
+ Upon offer acceptance you must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certification (paid for by Humana) prior to your start date in order to sell our products
+ Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.
Work at Home Information
To ensure Work at Home employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home employees must meet the following criteria:
+ At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
+ Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
+ Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
+ Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
+ Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
**Schedule** : This position could require approximately 50% or more travel within the assigned territory or local market.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$70,000 - $95,500 per year
This job is eligible for a commission incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
