CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Benefits * Pay ranges between $18 and $20 per hour * Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit * Mileage reimbursement * Flexible Hours * Paid Training * Shift Bonuses * Career Advancement Opportunities * Traditional or Roth 401(k) plan with matching funds CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities * Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor and according to the patient’s plan of care CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements * One (1) year of documented health care experience in the home * Successfully completed a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program and listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry * Current CPR certification and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Licensed driver with insured and reliable transportation * Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the client's mobility.
