Medical Device Sales Territory Manager (Jacksonville, FL / St. Augustine, FL)
Type: Full-time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Medical Device Sales Territory Manager to expand adoption of cutting-edge surgical technologies across hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in the operating room (OR), sterile processing (SPD), orthopedics, or surgical devices who is ready to accelerate their career with uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
+ Drive new business development and grow existing accounts within your territory.
+ Build lasting relationships with surgeons, OR/SPD staff, and hospital administrators.
+ Provide clinical support, product training, and in-servicing to medical staff.
+ Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and local events.
+ Effectively manage pipeline, forecast sales, and report activity using CRM tools.
Qualifications
+ 2–5 years of medical device sales experience (orthopedics, spine, surgical equipment, or SPD solutions preferred).
+ Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
+ Strong clinical knowledge and ability to educate healthcare professionals in the OR.
+ Ability to travel 50–70% within your assigned territory.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent medical sales experience).
