    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking motivated individuals with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn. Candidates should have prior manufacturing or hands-on experience to excel in this role.

    Responsibilities

    + Clean parts as needed.

    + Perform general production and assembly duties.

    + If assigned to the warehouse/inventory department, perform kitting and operate a forklift.

    Essential Skills

    + Attention to detail.

    + Willingness to learn.

    + Manufacturing or hands-on experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or quality control is beneficial.

    + Experience in construction, automotive tech, or related fields is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    This opportunity is within a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled for comfort. Employees can choose between a daylight shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or a second shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Overtime is mandatory on Saturdays, typically for five hours. A $2 shift differential applies for the second shift.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47817.00/yr.

     

    Full health benefits, 401k match, weekly pay, etc.

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Charleroi,PA.
