As we continue expanding into new markets, we’re looking for a seasoned Station Manager to lead our SFO operations and drive performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    As Station Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations at our SFO station, managing a team of 18–20 skilled professionals. You’ll be the go-to leader ensuring:

     

    + Safety and regulatory compliance across all activities

    + Operational performance meets or exceeds expectations

    + Customer satisfaction remains top-tier

    + Schedules and budgets are maintained with precision

    + Cross-functional collaboration keeps everything running smoothly

    Aircraft You’ll Work With

    + Primary: Boeing 767

    + Additional: Airbus A319, A320, A321 | Boeing 737, 777 | Embraer E190

    What You Bring

    + Valid A&P License

    + Minimum 5 years in a line maintenance leadership role

    + Strong technical knowledge of commercial aircraft maintenance

    + Excellent communication and team leadership skills

    + Proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams

    + Experience working with commercial airlines and fractional operators

    + Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

     

    - Performance-based bonus eligibility (Sales and P&L-driven)

     

    - Full benefits package: medical, dental, 401(k)

    This is a fully onsite position in San Francisco,CA.
