Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Checker

Job Description

Join our team as a Warehouse Inventory Clerk working on a receiving dock, where you will play a crucial role in tracking and labeling incoming inventory. You will work daily with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and SAP, to ensure accurate tracking and labeling of products.

Responsibilities

+ Track and label incoming inventory using computer systems.

+ Utilize Microsoft Office, SAP, and order tracking systems for inventory management.

+ Provide customer service by interacting with drivers unloading products.

+ Check and tag inventory accurately by scanning QR codes and reading barcode numbers.

+ Complete required paperwork for parts tracking.

+ Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

+ Perform data entry into various tracking systems.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with inventory tracking and data entry.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

+ High attention to detail and strong attendance record.

+ Ability to stand for 8+ hours and walk up to 4+ miles a day.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

+ Previous experience in receiving or inventory positions.

Work Environment

Work on the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm or the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am. Be open to working 10-hour shifts and weekends, primarily Saturdays and sometimes Sundays. Join a team of 15 people within a larger receiving area of about 100 employees.

This is a Contract position based out of Decatur, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
