Join a dynamic team in the marine manufacturing industry! As a Fiberglass Laminator, you’ll help build high-quality boat components using fiberglass and resin. Whether you're experienced or new to the field, we welcome motivated individuals ready to learn and grow.

Boat experience is a PLUS but not required.

• Responsibilities

+ Prepare molds and materials for production

+ Apply fiberglass using spray guns or hand lay-up techniques

+ Smooth out layers to eliminate air pockets and ensure proper bonding

+ Mix resins and remove cured parts from molds

+ Use tools like rollers and mil gauges for quality control

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
