    We’re seeking a skilled and safety-conscious **Facilities Maintenance Technician** to support the upkeep and reliability of our manufacturing facility. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and building systems. You’ll work as part of a dedicated facilities team, ensuring smooth operations and a safe working environment.

     

    •️** **Key Responsibilities

    + Maintain and troubleshoot facility systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing

    + Follow preventive maintenance programs and complete assigned tasks efficiently

    + Perform building maintenance duties such as snow removal and exterior upkeep

    + Operate and maintain industrial boilers and cooling towers

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance

    + Collaborate across departments and comply with all safety policies and procedures

    + Complete required safety training and wear appropriate PPE

    •** **Essential Skills & Qualifications

    + 3–5 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance

    + Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

    + Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance practices

    + Experience with wood and gas-fired boilers

    + Familiarity with building automation systems

    + Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Windows OS

    + Experience with CMMS software preferred

    The pay range for this position is $69000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
