    Job Title: Electrician

    Job Description

    This role involves troubleshooting electrical and lighting malfunctions, repairing electrical issues, performing LED retrofits, servicing illuminated signs, repairing parking lot lighting systems, and installing electrical wiring in commercial buildings. As an Electrician, you will be expected to prioritize safety precautions, adhere to electrical codes, and pay close attention to project details. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in troubleshooting electrical issues.

    Responsibilities

    + Execute plans of electrical wiring, lighting, and other electrical systems.

    + Install electrical components such as switches and circuit-breaker panels.

    + Service lighting in various applications including parking lots, signs, and offices.

    + Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them.

    + Replace old wiring and insulated cables.

    + Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience as an electrician.

    + Experience in industrial and commercial electrical systems.

    + Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools like wire strippers and voltmeters.

    + Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.

    + Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    + Good working knowledge of the National Electrical Code.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Valid driver's license.

    + Clear DOT/Drug screen.

    + Ability to troubleshoot common electrical issues.

    + Ability to work at various heights (ladder, bucket truck, etc.).

    + Ability to work mostly unsupervised.

    + Experience operating lifts and bucket trucks.

    + 3 years’ experience in the electrical field.

    + Preferred - Journeyman card.

    + Preferred – Class B CDL.

    + Clean driving record.

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.

     

    The company provides benefits after the probationary period is met.
