    Job Title: General Production Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated general production worker to join our shipping and operations team. This role involves a variety of tasks including loading and unloading products using a forklift, material blending, packaging finished products, and labeling for shipping. You will also assist operators in running the area when necessary.

    Responsibilities

    + Load and unload products using a forklift.

    + Blend materials as needed.

    + Package finished products for shipment.

    + Label products accurately for shipping.

    + Assist operators in running the production area.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and understand English.

    + Capability of lifting up to 50 lbs. of material.

    + Ability to push reels, material, or equipment weighing 40 to 60 lbs.

    + Standing, bending, and stretching during 12-hour shifts.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus.

    + Forklift experience is advantageous.

    Work Environment

     

    This position requires working 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm. A six-month evaluation period includes the possibility of a pay raise. The work environment is fast-paced and involves standing, bending, and stretching.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
