Production & Manufacturing Associate

• Location: Carson City, Nevada

• Job Type: Contract to Hire

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the department, your duties may include:

+ Conducting visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished products

+ Assembling electronic or mechanical parts using hand tools and equipment

+ Handling, organizing, and tracking materials and inventory

+ Operating SMT machines and related production equipment

+ Using measurement tools and test equipment to verify product specifications

+ Documenting inspection results and reporting non-conformances

+ Collaborating with team members to resolve production or quality issues

+ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Following standard operating procedures and safety protocols

What You Bring

+ Basic understanding of electronics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven setting

+ Familiarity with diagrams or schematics is a plus

+ Willingness to learn soldering, wiring, troubleshooting, or machine operation

+ Comfortable using or learning test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, meters)

• Ideal Candidate

+ Interest or experience in electronics, manufacturing, or warehouse work (training provided!)

+ Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills across departments

+ Comfortable using basic hand tools and following detailed instructions

+ Pay Range: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
