    Job Title: Mig Welder

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled 3rd shift Mig Welders with experience in welding on JLG baskets and A frames. This role requires proficiency in mig welding and the ability to read blueprints or weld symbols. Candidates must pass a horizontal mig welding test and a written test. Those who do not initially pass may be considered for laborer positions until they can successfully pass the tests.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform mig welding on JLG baskets and A frames.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.

    + Pass a horizontal mig welding test and a written test.

    + Assist in other laborer tasks if tests are not initially passed.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 6 months mig welding experience.

    + Ability to read blueprints or weld symbols.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in using tape measures and performing basic math.

    + Experience in grinding and fabrication.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is set in a manufacturing environment focused on production welding. The role involves working during the 3rd shift and requires adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bedford, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.65 - $22.15/hr.
