    Job Title: Site Maintenance Manager

    Job Description

    As a Site Maintenance Manager, you will lead and mentor site-based Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers within the North American Fulfillment Network. You will develop business plans for the Maintenance Department and ensure their successful implementation, enhancing facility uptime through effective Reliability plans.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide leadership and guidance to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.

    + Develop and implement business and reliability plans to enhance facility uptime.

    + Drive maintenance best practices including innovation, documentation, and standardization.

    + Ensure a safe work environment and enforce safe work practices.

    + Provide senior leadership with guidance on maintenance and equipment end-of-life issues.

    + Oversee budget development, execution, and capital planning.

    + Manage vendor support and equipment relationships.

    + Monitor, audit, and enforce maintenance execution and safety practices.

    + Develop and manage budget and contract documents including RFPs and purchase orders.

    + Recruit, interview, and hire talent for Maintenance Manager and Area Manager roles.

    + Contribute to the development of a world-class Maintenance organization.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 10+ years of experience managing large complex facilities organizations.

    + 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities.

    + Bachelor's Degree required.

    + Experience leading maintenance teams in multiple site environments.

    + Strong communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills.

    + Proficient data analyst and new processes developer.

    + Experience with material handling equipment and large integrated systems maintenance.

    + Knowledge of major MHE integrators, Lean Concepts, and statistical analysis.

    + Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, and SQL.

    + MBA or Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is a plus.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $170000.00/yr.
