    About the Position

     

    We are hiring Bookkeepers into Robert Half’s FTEP program to support clients across industries with full-cycle accounting. You’ll work on assignments ranging from daily bookkeeping to month-end close, reporting, and financial analysis. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on variety, love problem-solving, and want to expand their accounting knowledge.

    Assignments may include:

    + Managing general ledger and reconciliations

    + Payroll processing and related reporting

    + Preparing financial statements and supporting month-end close

    + Handling AR/AP and cash management

    + Assisting with audits, tax prep, and compliance tasks

    Requirements

    Skills & Requirements

     

    + Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred

    + 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

    + Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations)

    + Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other accounting systems a plus

    + Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
