    Description

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client in the southwest Minnesota, metro. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our organization. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking and have a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

     

    + Organize and scan files to maintain accurate and accessible records.

    + Assist managers with file management and the distribution of notices.

    + Draft concise communications, including late letters and balance due notices, to support operational needs.

    + Execute assigned tasks independently, turning ideas into actionable results.

    + Generate correspondence that aligns with ledger entries to ensure accuracy.

    + Facilitate internal communication, occasionally liaising with vendors as required.

    + Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks to support team efficiency.

    + Take on additional responsibilities if familiar with industry-specific practices.

    + Utilize industry specific software to streamline processes.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience in administrative support or office assistance.

    + Proficiency in property management/housing software.

    + Strong skills in data entry and recordkeeping.

    + Competence in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.

    + Ability to draft clear and concise communications and correspondence.

    + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
