    We are actively seeking Adult Psychiatric Medical Directors to join our growing, high-performing substance abuse and behavioral health facilities in Yuma, Casa Grande, and Tucson, Arizona.

     

    These are newly created, full-time leadership positions designed for motivated professionals who want to make a meaningful impact.     Position Summary:

    As Psychiatric Medical Director, you’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing the psychiatric care delivered across our behavioral health programs. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Ensuring clinical quality and patient-centered care.

    + Supporting psychiatric providers and fostering integrated care with the Physical Health/Addiction Medical Director.

    + Participating in core clinical committees (peer review, quality, pharmacy, safety/wellness).

    + Collaborating closely with the Chief Medical Officer to drive clinical excellence.

    Schedule

    + **Monday to Friday** schedule with some on-call (typically phone-based unless an extreme emergency arises).

    What We’re Looking For

    + MD or DO, with completion of an accredited psychiatry residency

    + Board Certification in Psychiatry

    + Active Arizona Medical License & DEA in good standing (or eligibility to obtain)

    + Minimum 2 years of clinical experience ( **3+ years leadership preferred** )

    **Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
