    Learning & Development Consultant

    ? **San Jose, CA** | On-site, 5 days/week

     

    We’re looking for a **Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant** to join our growing team and help shape how our employees learn, grow, and thrive. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things L&D as we roll out an enterprise-wide Learning Management System (Workday). This is a unique opportunity to make a big impact, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to design, curate, and deliver world-class learning experiences.

    What You’ll Do

    + Act as the L&D subject matter expert for the Workday LMS implementation.

    + Partner with the project manager to define requirements, always keeping user experience front and center.

    + Collaborate with the Workday architect on system configuration and testing.

    + Work with HR leaders to design and deliver impactful analytics dashboards.

    + Research and evaluate external platforms, recommending the best integrations (Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, etc.).

    + Curate content and build curricula that support our HR strategy and business goals.

    + Create clear, practical guidance to help employees navigate the system.

    + Support change management activities to ensure a smooth and successful go-live.

    What You’ll Bring

    + 8–10 years of experience with Learning Management Systems (Workday LMS strongly preferred).

    + Hands-on experience leading or contributing to LMS implementations, from planning through launch.

    + 8+ years of experience designing and delivering L&D programs.

    + Strong background in instructional design, content curation, and adult learning principles.

    + Familiarity with leading learning platforms (Udemy, Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft, Cornerstone, etc.).

    + A systems-thinking mindset and ability to collaborate across teams.

    + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

    + Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred.

    + $80.00 to $90.00 an hour DOE

    **Pay Details:** $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
