Job Description:

We’re urgently hiring a Superintendent with healthcare construction experience. This person should ideally have over 7 years of experience working as a Superintendent for a general contractor. Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of experience working as a Superintendent for a general contractor

+ Experience in healthcare, medical, institutional (healthcare or lab related), or lab projects

+ Ground-up construction experience

+ Experience working on $15-35M projects as a Superintendent

Work Environment:

Projects in Denver Metro – Boulder, Golden, Thornton, and surrounding areas. 12 Superintendents total.

Salary Range:

Starting at $120-140K

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
