    Job Title: MSAT Scientist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated MSAT Scientist who will be accountable for the design and execution of experimental studies in the laboratory. This role involves performing laboratory experiments, conducting analytical testing, and preparing laboratory equipment for experiments. The position also requires providing technical leadership during the manufacturing and development phases of client products.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform laboratory experiments and analytical testing for client projects.

    + Prepare and schedule laboratory equipment for experiments.

    + Direct technical communication with clients during manufacturing and development.

    + Support manufacturing in identifying and resolving process issues.

    + Generate experiment protocols, reports, draft batch records, and other manufacturing documentation.

    + Conduct manufacturing risk assessments, such as FMEA.

    + Compile, analyze, and present experimental data internally and externally.

    + Facilitate team building for effective internal information transfer.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant life science or engineering discipline

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in aseptic cell processing, cell culture, and cell analytics

    + Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to specific timelines and budgets

    + Experience in working effectively in a team-based environment

    + Demonstrated ability in technical writing and preparation of protocols, reports, and presentations

    + Basic understanding of cell therapy or similar products

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in Car T / Cell Therapy is preferred

    + Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Cell Therapy manufacturing

    Work Environment

    The role requires working in a team-oriented environment with the possibility of weekend and holiday shifts as needed. The work may involve exposure to infectious diseases, moderate noise, hazardous materials, and chemicals. The environment requires gowning, hair nets, safety glasses, gloves, and foot coverings. It operates within a professional office environment of a manufacturing plant, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Seating includes open space, cubicles, and office space.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
