Marketing Project Manager

Duration: 3-month contract, full-time (40 hours per week) with potential to extend or convert

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our team onsite in Dallas, TX. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative category marketing team, supporting high-impact print campaigns and ensuring alignment with brand and compliance standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong project management skills and a confident, agile approach to handling multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project timelines, campaign deliverables, and print production schedules

• Communicate with category managers and internal stakeholders to align marketing materials with product strategy and brand guidelines

• Track progress of print campaigns including brochures, signage, and packaging using project management tools

• Ensure all assets meet compliance requirements, brand standards, and receive necessary approvals before going to print

Requirements

Top 3 Must-Haves:

+ Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Robohead, or Workfront

+ Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and confident communication style

+ Ability to move quickly between projects and understand the urgency and impact of each initiative

Preferred Experience:

• Background in marketing operations or campaign management

• Experience working with creative teams including designers and copywriters

• Familiarity with print production processes and timelines

Skills and Tools:

• Proficiency in project management platforms (Asana, Robohead, Workfront)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Understanding of brand compliance and marketing best practices
