Description We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee market research initiatives and provide strategic insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of data visualization, clinical trial operations, and productivity analysis to support organizational goals. Based in Montvale, New Jersey, this position offers an opportunity to shape research strategies and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of market research strategies to support organizational objectives.

• Create charts, graphs, and other visualizations to present complex data in an accessible format.

• Oversee clinical trial operations to ensure alignment with research objectives and compliance standards.

• Manage facility-related research to improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.

• Analyze productivity metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide actionable insights derived from research findings.

• Evaluate medical coverage trends as part of comprehensive market analysis efforts.

• Develop reports and presentations that effectively communicate research results to executive leadership.

• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative approaches to market research.

• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and contribute to project success. Requirements • Extensive experience in market research strategy and data analysis.

• Proficiency in creating charts, graphs, and other data visualizations.

• Knowledge of clinical trial operations and associated regulatory requirements.

• Strong understanding of facility management research and productivity analysis.

• Familiarity with medical coverage trends and their impact on market dynamics.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
