    Robert Half Office Team (Woburn, MA)


    Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory processes.     Responsibilities:

    • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including managing shipments through carriers such as FedEx.

    • Conduct inventory control activities, including cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.

    • Assist with kitting projects to prepare inventory for distribution.

    • Operate forklifts when necessary; certification is preferred but not required.

    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

    • Pull, pack, cut, and ship orders while meeting daily productivity goals.

    • Collaborate with team members while also working independently to complete tasks.

    • Ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements, if applicable, to maintain quality standards. Requirements • Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse setting, preferably within distribution; training will be provided for the right candidate.

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily operational goals.

    • Strong team player with the ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive attitude.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in tasks.

    • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.

    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for basic administrative tasks.

    • Knowledge of AS9100 standards is highly advantageous. TalentMatch®
