    Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Conway, SC to find a skilled Mechanical/Electrical Assemblers to join their team! If you have technical skills, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, apply now if you meet the qualifications below!

    Responsibilities for this job include:

    + Perform electrical assembly, including wiring, troubleshooting, and using test equipment

    + Build mechanical sub-assemblies and final assemblies using blueprints and schematics

    + Use hand, power, and air tools, including saws, drill presses, and hydraulic presses

    + Inspect products for quality and compliance using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools

    + Read and interpret work orders, BOMs, and schematics

    Qualifications for this job include:

    + 3+ years of technical work experience (flexibility considered for quick learners)

    + Ability to use basic power and control wiring

    + Familiarity with electrical test equipment

    + Experience with shop tools and soldering (preferred, but not required)

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a production environment

    + High School Diploma or GED (Technical Certificate or Associate's Degree preferred)

    + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    + Able to pass drug test and background

     

    This position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm and pay will range between $17.00-$18.00/hr. depending on experience.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
