    Adecco is hiring a Customer & Technical Support Specialist – Equipment Management

     

    Wayne, NJ | $25–30/hr (based on experience)

     

    Monday - Friday shift- 9am- 5pm

    About the Role

    We’re looking for a **Customer & Technical Support Specialist** to join our team in Wayne, NJ. This role plays a key part in supporting **demo and loaner camera equipment** , assisting customers and sales teams, and ensuring smooth equipment management. You’ll provide top-notch technical support, manage demo/rental logistics, and contribute to service improvements and aftermarket sales opportunities.

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide customer and sales channel support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships

    + Manage demo, loaner, and rental inventory and logistics

    + Collaborate with team members to drive service initiatives and process improvements

    + Support proactive campaigns and aftermarket sales opportunities

    + Deliver professional, clear communication to customers while managing expectations

    What We’re Looking For

    + 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting technical clients

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Proficiency with Service Cloud and ERP systems

    + Customer-focused mindset with a passion for supporting business growth

    + Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and work well in cross-functional teams

    + Professional presence with strong presentation and communication skills

    + Onsite availability at our Wayne, NJ office

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
