Job Title: Project Manager Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, estimating, executing, and finalizing construction projects within strict deadlines and budgets. The role involves acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and managing third-party contractors or consultants to ensure project delivery according to plan. The Project Manager will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
+ Plan and estimate project timelines and budgets.
+ Execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines.
+ Coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
+ Acquire necessary resources for project completion.
+ Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Manage construction projects ranging from $250k to $5M.
+ Perform bidding, estimating, and takeoffs in addition to project management duties.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
+ Experience in project management, construction management, and commercial construction.
+ Proficiency in using Procore, MS Office, and MS Project.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ University or college degree is preferred.
+ Experience with change order management.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
