    New Opportunities for Corporate Interiors Job Captain / Project Architect!

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic corporate interiors team specializing in office interiors, core facilities, lobbies, and capital improvement projects. We are seeking 1–2 experienced Job Captains / Project Architects to contribute to our mid-sized, interiors-focused firm's innovative projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and contribute to the documentation process for corporate interior projects.

    + Coordinate with engineers (MEP, structural, acoustical), expeditors, contractors, and consultants.

    + Manage DOB filings and shop drawing submittals.

    + Assemble full sets of construction documents for filing and bidding.

    + Interact with contractors on-site and review submittals.

    + Exhibit strong AutoCAD skills and a high-level understanding of interior construction.

    + Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

    Essential Skills

    + 5–10 years of experience in corporate interiors architecture.

    + Professional degree in architecture or interior design.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Hands-on experience with drawings and coordination.

    + Ability to manage consultants effectively.

    + Experience with DOB filings and contractor submittals.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
