    Job Title: QA Inspector

    Job Type: Permanent

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Inspector to join our team and help ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing inspections, verifying documentation, and supporting daily quality assurance activities in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform pre-activity checks for room and equipment cleanliness.

    + Conduct daily walkthroughs of the warehouse to ensure compliance with internal standards.

    + Accurately document cleaning activities in logbooks and checklists.

    + Review QA release reports and physically release materials accordingly.

    + Verify incoming materials against documentation and labeling requirements.

    + Monitor and manage the reject cage.

    + Perform daily balance verifications.

    + Track and record temperature and humidity levels per SOP guidelines.

    + Organize and maintain QA documentation.

    + Follow all company policies, safety protocols, cGMP standards, and SOPs.

    + Support additional tasks as assigned by the QA Supervisor.

    Qualifications:

    + 1–5 years of experience in QA within the pharmaceutical industry.

    + Strong understanding of GMP standards and regulatory requirements.

    + Experience with line inspections, document reviews, and batch record evaluations is a plus.

    + High school diploma required.

    + Ability to read and follow SOPs accurately.

    + Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing setting.

    Work Environment:

    You’ll be based in a modern pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with multiple production lines. QA Inspectors typically oversee 1–3 lines at a time. Available shifts include:

     

    + 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

    + 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

     

    Shift assignments may vary based on business needs. Holiday pay and overtime are available. This is an essential role in an essential business that remains operational during shutdowns.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38937.00 - $54080.00/yr.

     

    benefits start day 1 and they are eligible for 2 weeks vacation, 56 hours sick and wellness add 2 days mental health days
