Your Career
We are looking for a Senior Executive and Internal Communications Manager to support the Product organization as the principal communications advisor to the Chief Technology & Product Officer (CT&PO) and his leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the internal communications strategy for an organization which is constantly innovating, deploying leaders and executing communications within that framework. A creative and strategic thinker who is excited by tech and innovation and the people that drive it, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and has a proven track record building communications strategies that inform as well as motivate employees. Experience in internal communications for a large organization is essential.
Your Impact
+ Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior leadership
+ Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
+ Plan, edit, and write content for a variety of internal communications media, such as the company intranet and Slack
+ Draft senior executives’ written and spoken messages to employees, including Keynotes, Board and EBC decks, briefing docs in collaboration with AR/PR for media and analyst interviews.
+ Ensure product functionality and positioning are successfully and consistently communicated to employees and stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity - this includes customers and the Board.
+ Plan, edit, and develop content for a variety of channels, audiences and media, including: the intranet and Slack, external blogs, customer presentations and messages, incident/crisis response-related communications, and external keynotesManage the Chief Technology and Product Officer’s external profile, including social media strategy; and speaking, media and analyst engagements (in partnership with PR/Analyst Relations/Social teams)
+ Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all media and departments of the organization
+ Plan, edit, and write content for occasional external events for the CT&PO and some of his leadership team
Your Experience
+ 8-10 years communications experience, including supporting a Product executive or CIO/CTO both internal and executive communications background is essential
+ Experience leading comms for a complex enterprise technology function, and both building and implementing strategic, holistic communication strategies, especially for large org transformations
+ Ability to synthesize data and technical information and uplevel for various audiences
+ Steely under pressure, undaunted by tight, last-minute deadlines; pro at juggling multiple initiatives and executing with speed in a fast-paced dynamic environment
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business strategies and complex technologies into relatable stories (writing exercise required)
+ Strong team player and creative thinker
+ Track record of building strong relationships with and advising senior leaders
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity
+ Understanding of enterprise technical services organizations helpful but not required

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $148000 - $241000/YR.
