Summary of Position
This position reports to the Associate Dean, Admissions, Enrollment Management & Student Records and is responsible for the management, guidance, and supervision of activities related to student admissions.
Minimum Required Education
Bachelor’s degree from a nationally, regionally, or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree and four years’ work experience in a customer service environment required with two years’ supervisory experience, prefer experience in higher education OR Master’s degree and two years’ work experience in a customer service environment required with two years’ supervisory experience, prefer experience in higher education.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Ability to learn new software and be proficient in the use of a student information systems such as Colleague; able to test processes with software updates and analyze problems/issues that may arise.
+ Must posses good computer/technical skills
+ Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to problem solve and organize work processes.
+ Working knowledge of higher education processes with emphasis on customer service.
+ Must have the ability to research complex problems and ability to interpret federal and state rules and regulations.
+ Ability to efficiently lead and supervise staff.
+ Must have good interpersonal skills; be a team player and work well with employees at all levels.
Salary 1H/Per Salaried Pay Scale
Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Monday-Thursday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Friday 7:30 am-11:30 am.
