    Overview

     

    Assist in the administration of the Admissions department; provide information and services to current and prospective students in the area of Admissions.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide information and communication on academic requirements, application processes.

    + Performs data entry of all admissions applications, documents, inquiries and admission forms received through the admissions department, including any updates

    + Review documentation for alignment with College requirements

    + Verify applicant data, ensure that all data entry interactions result in a 90% accuracy rate

    + Determine eligibility for admissions

    + Coordinate recruitment events and activities such as appointments, info sessions, open houses and placement exams

    + Provide referral services

    + Assembles Admissions packets

    + When necessary, performs other duties of a similar nature or level as required.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience

    + Bachelor of Arts preferred.

    + Associate in Arts required.

    + EducationRequired: 1 year of Administrative experience

     

    Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

     

    + Strong interpersonal skills

    + Well organized

     

    Physical Demands

     

    + Sitting for long periods of time

    + Able to lift up to 15 lbs.

    Travel

    + As required for some recruitment events

     

    Maximum Salary

     

    USD $39,270.00/Yr.

     

    Minimum Salary

     

    USD $31,415.00/Yr.
