Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst – Legal Documentation

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our legal operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in civil litigation, legal documentation, or paralegal work, and who thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

As part of our QA team, you will be responsible for reviewing legal documents related to civil procedures, ensuring accuracy, compliance with state requirements, and readiness for third-party legal partners.

Key Responsibilities

+ Review physical legal documents for accuracy and completeness.

+ Validate that documents meet state-specific legal requirements.

+ Cross-check information against corresponding paperwork.

+ Confirm proper notarization and formatting.

+ Conduct judgment and complaint validations as needed.

+ Test and verify document data before external distribution.

Required Skills & Experience

+ 1+ year of relevant professional experience in legal, QA, or compliance roles.

+ Familiarity with civil litigation procedures and collection law (preferred).

+ Experience functioning as a Quality Assurance Analyst or in a similar role.

+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

+ Strong understanding of credit card operations and terminology.

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Paralegal certification is a strong plus.

+ Prior experience working with legal documentation in a QA capacity.

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
